Summer Academy 2025

The Out-of-Door Summer Academy offers unique academic, sports, STEM, arts, specialty, and day camps for children ages 5-17. With full-day programs available, The Out-of-Door Summer Academy provides the most outstanding summer experiences in Sarasota. 

Out-of-Door has a tradition of academic and extracurricular excellence. Every camper in our Summer Academy benefits from personalized attention, meaningful and engaging activities, and the chance to explore and indulge their talents with peers who share similar interests.

As a continued service for parents this year, lunch service will be provided for our full-day camp programs at our Uihlein Campus and our Historic Siesta Key Campus. Lunch will not be provided at our Lower School Campus on Clark Road. These include Thunder Sports Camp, Camp Banyan, ODA Adventure Camp, Hearts of ODA, and full-day option camps for STEMania, Asolo Repertory Theatre, and Summer Musical Theatre. Camps that offer lunch will have it noted in their descriptions. These programs run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Lunch is included in the price of the camp. Full-day camps at our Lower School Campus on Clark Road do not include lunch. 

Lunch options will include either the hot meal choice or a pasta option each day. Pre-made sandwiches and salads will be available as an alternative. If your child has food allergies, please include these on your registration form and also contact Campus Dining Director Robin Frechette to discuss meal options. Please address all questions about the lunch program to Robin Frechette, or call (941) 554-5995.
