Trenton Hitchcock, 2022-23 Taylor Emmons Scholarship Recipient

The Emmons Family and The Out-of-Door Academy are excited to announce Trenton Hitchcock ’26 as the twelfth recipient of the Taylor Emmons Scholarship. The selection committee recognized Trenton for his selfless and caring nature, as well as his strong interest in joining the Out-of-Door community. Like Taylor, Trenton has a fond admiration for outdoor activities. When not in the classroom, Trenton can be found by a pond or lake freshwater fishing and enjoying the variety of outdoor activities offered in the local area. In addition to being an active outdoorsman, Trenton spends a great deal of time playing baseball, another passion shared with Taylor. Trenton is honored to be recognized as the newest recipient of the prestigious scholarship, and he looks forward to representing Taylor’s legacy, the Emmons Family, and The Out-of-Door Academy with pride and determination.
