Financial Assistance Timeline

  • December 2, 2024: Returning applicants must file PFS Application online. SFAF, tax return, and all additional documents must be uploaded to the PFS Application.
  • January 13, 2025: New applicants must file PFS Application online. SFAF, tax return, and all additional documents must be uploaded to the PFS Application.
  • January 31, 2025: Notification of Financial Assistance Awards will be sent to returning families as part of the Re-Enrollment contract. 
  • February 10, 2025: Returning applicants must accept the Financial Assistance Award by returning the Re-Enrollment contract.
  • February 15, 2025: New Kindergarten applicants will be notified of Financial Assistance Awards as part of their Admissions Decisions.
  • February 28, 2025: New applicants will be notified of Financial Assistance Awards as part of their Admissions Decisions.
