Presented by David Hirschfeld with Bits, Bytes & Bots
Location: Uihlein Campus in Lakewood Ranch
Learn to make a stop-motion animated film using LEGO® figures and other characters to tell a story. If you've ever wanted to direct your own movies or like making up stories, this camp is for you. Working in teams of two, you will use tablets and an animation application to create a multi-scene movie with transitions, titles, credits, sound effects and narration. Design your own set with backgrounds, characters, and scenery. The stories are up to your imagination. No experience is necessary. At the end of the camp the movies will be uploaded to Google Drive and a link will be sent to parents. All supplies are provided but campers are welcome to bring to camp their own Lego and/or action figures.
