This class will introduce students to the world of business and help them prepare for their economic roles as consumers, workers, and citizens. This is an introductory course that will focus on how a business works including entrepreneurship, organizational design, strategy, culture leadership, compensation, decision-making structures, and other human resource characteristics that influence organizational performance. Registration must be completed online.
