Counselor in Training Program at Siesta Key Campus - Volunteer Program - Rising Grades 9-12

  • Dates: 5 weeks available: (June 10-14) - (June 17-21) - (June 24-28) - (July 8-12) - (July 15-19)
  • Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Location: Historic Siesta Key Campus
This program is designed to provide an opportunity for Upper School students to develop job skills and the opportunity to earn volunteer hours. Our Counselors in Training (CITs) will assist our counselors with all the day-to-day camp activities at Camp Banyan. This may include field trips, arts and crafts, sports activities, group games, and helping at pick-up and dismissal. Our CITs must commit to the entire week and uphold our expectations of professionalism in order to participate and earn volunteer hours. CITs will be under the direct supervision of Camp Banyan’s director. We have a limited number of spots available for each week and these are on a first-come basis. CITs can remain for Extended Care until 5:00 pm to help if they would like to earn extra hours.
